Tämä kinuski on helppo tehdä ja maistuu ihanalta. Kinuskia voit käyttää erilaisissa jälkiruoissa ja juomissa.
This caramel sauce is really easy to make and super delicious. I hope you will give it a try.

3dl
sokeria
0,75dl vettä
2dl kermaa
1tl vaniljasokeria
0,5tl
suolaa
Caramel sauce
3dl sugar
0,75dl water
2dl cream
1tsp vanilla sugar
0,5tl salt
Measure the cream and leave it in room temperature while you are making the sugarsyrup. Put the sugar and water into a pot. Keep strirring on a medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Let it boil without strirring until it´s deep amber color. Take the pot of from the heat. Add cream, about one tablespoon at a time, into the syrup and keep on mixing. The syrup is really hot, so be careful about splashing. Keep adding the cream. Put the pot back on the stove and add vanilla and salt. Remove it when it has reached the boiling point. Let it cool down in the room temperature before you put it in the fridge.
